Project Overview
Circle K sought to expand and strengthen its regional supply chain with a new distribution center designed to improve speed, accuracy and product availability for stores across the Upper Midwest. Ryan partnered with Circle K and worked closely with McLane Company (the facility operator) to renovate an existing 266,000-square-foot warehouse shell in Otsego, Minnesota.
Designed to support both dry goods and temperature-sensitive products, the distribution center helps streamline merchandise delivery while supporting Circle K’s Fresh Food Fast program and long-term growth strategy.
