Project Overview

Working alongside architect BWBR, Ryan successfully delivered the Morrison Family College of Health as the home of the new Susan S. Morrison School of Nursing and the School of Social Work for the University of St. Thomas in just nine months. The aggressive timeline included constructing five academic classrooms, a cutting-edge nursing skills lab and over 30 office spaces, along with a complete exterior renovation—all achieved in time for the September school year. Because the project took place on an active campus, our team implemented a strategic phasing plan to guarantee the absolute safety of faculty, staff and students without disrupting university life.
