Ryan Welcomes New Team Member in San Diego and Promotes One in Phoenix

As Ryan expands geographically, it’s our talented team that will help us continually create places for people to thrive. This is why we’re always thrilled to introduce the new faces at Ryan and celebrate our team members’ promotions. Starting today, we’ll be sharing this news in a round-up fashion on a once-a-week basis.

This week we’d like to welcome Erik Kissner as vice president of construction operations based in Ryan’s San Diego office. And we’d like to congratulate Josh Tracy’s promotion to vice president of real estate development in Ryan’s Phoenix office.

Erik Kissner will be responsible for construction planning and logistics, as well as driving collaboration among all Ryan regions. An energetic, organized and compassionate leader, Erik relishes working closely with others to cultivate long-lasting relationships, create quality buildings, develop new processes and meet client goals.

Josh Tracy will focus on industrial and office real estate development in the Phoenix-metro market. He is charged with leading the pursuit of potential development sites and projects, developing and maintaining effective marketing and sales strategies, and identifying and controlling potential project sites. Josh joined Ryan seven years ago and is a member of the Arizona chapter of NAIOP.
