Ryan’s Capital Markets Team Promotes Three Team Members to VP and SVP

Behind Ryan’s acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures is our Capital Markets team. They provide the financial strategy behind the stories we build. In 2021 alone, this team of 12 completed nearly $3 billion in transactions. 

After a successful year, we’d like to congratulate Matt Field for his recent promotion to vice president of capital markets, and Anders Pesavento and Christa Chambers for their recent promotions to senior vice president of capital markets.

Based in Phoenix, Matt Field is focused on developing and maintaining equity relationships, sourcing and evaluating value-add acquisitions, negotiating purchase agreements and structuring joint ventures for Ryan’s Western region and national build-to-suit projects. Since 2011, Matt has played a key role in closing more than $7 billion worth of real estate deals. He is currently a member of ULI and NAIOP.

Anders Pesavento is based in Minneapolis and leads the Capital Markets team for Ryan’s North region, working with real estate developers across all sectors. He also executes the national capitalization and disposition strategy for Ryan’s senior living sector. He is currently a board member of NAIOP’s Minnesota chapter and actively involved in the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

In the Pacific Northwest out of our Bellevue office, capitalizing projects for Ryan’s West, Southwest, Northwest and Denver regions, Christa Chambers will now also lead the team’s Capital Markets strategy for the multifamily sector nationally. She is the incoming Chair for the ULI Pacific Northwest District Council and serves on the board of both the MS Society PNW Chapter and the University of Washington Runstad School of Real Estate. She was recently recognized as a 2022 GlobeSt. Rainmaker in Finance, Debt and Equity and a 2021 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence..
