I want to take this opportunity to say ‘thank you’ from all of us at Ryan Companies for your support and partnership. There is no doubt that the past month has been challenging for all, personally and professionally. We are redefining so much of our lives as we also discover a new normal and we hope you, your families, and communities are safe and doing all you can to remain healthy – for those of you who have been directly affected by COVID-19, please know our hearts are with you.

As this virus continues to dominate our lives, on behalf of all of us at Ryan I want to acknowledge the many heroes in our communities. We are extremely grateful to the courageous front-line workers showing up each day in hospitals, day care centers, police stations, grocery stores, ambulances and the many other locations that are so essential in keeping our nation moving forward.

I am also incredibly humbled by our Ryan team members who are continuing to show up each day for our customers and doing their part to keep Ryan moving forward. Whether stepping onto a construction job site, working at a property we manage, or trying to juggle conference calls while homeschooling kids, these are incredibly stressful times for all us – so thank you Ryan team.

And thank you to our customers who continue putting their trust in all of us at Ryan. The safety of our customers, team members, partners, and communities in which we work is a core value at Ryan Companies and of utmost importance in these unprecedented times. Please know that we are taking many precautions to make sure our teams have the protective gear they need, are heightening hygiene and sanitizing protocols, and are practicing social distancing.  With nearly all our construction projects deemed essential, we are proud of the role Ryan is playing during this crisis in partnership with you. As you know, construction is responsible for the most basic building blocks of our communities and a lot of the construction that is continuing is for people who need goods and services now and in the months ahead – including food manufacturing and distribution facilities, healthcare facilities, and housing.
