As Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management Aron draws on nearly two decadeof first-hand experience in nearly every aspect of analysis, acquisition and asset management. From underwriting the top buildings in major US cities to assisting local developers raise capital, he prides himself on becoming a highly strategic and adaptable generalist with a broad knowledge base and mastery of product and functional best practices, informed by creative problem solving on the largest and smallest stages in national real estate.
Aron leads our team in developing innovative strategies for understanding the needs of our clients, identifying and securing bespoke investments and unique market opportunities throughout the Southwest, West, and our South Central region. In addition, he establishes strong relationships with like-minded brokers, lenders and other partners to ensure insight into everchanging market conditions. As charged up by competition as he is by collaboration, Aron’s driven, disciplined and transparent leadership style inspires everyone around him to push themselves to ask tough questions, stretch themselves to take on new challenges, share what they learn and always prioritize collective successes.
