A highly respected executive with a reputation for leading teams to smart, creative solutions, Barry brings wide-ranging experience to the position of Vice President of Construction Operations for our Great Lakes Region. He has led projects of every description, developing particularly deep expertise in the senior living industry, as well as retail, industrial and design-build. Barry oversees the business development, preconstruction, construction and closeout phases of projects, and he is known for his dedication to growing quality talent within our company and his tireless mentorship of up-and-coming project managers. Team members rely on Barry’s skillful ability to communicate with owners, and they take inspiration from his absolute dedication to working through complex challenges posed by limited budgets, tight schedules—even natural disasters. In all circumstances, his goal is to create a positive work environment, strengthen relationships with customers, and make sure our teams provide the best finished products possible.
