As Director of Real Estate Development, Brandon brings diverse industry experience to the process of identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities. His responsibilities include site selection and land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction coordination, partnership and deal structuring, lease or sale negotiations and project financing. Brandon draws on the unique insights he has gained from his background as an attorney as he facilitates teams through all aspects of the development process. His leadership style emphasizes critical thinking, digging beneath the surface and finding fresh ways to solve problems. He also models and mentors cross-functional teams in interacting and negotiating with brokers, council members and other municipal players. A gifted multi-tasker who adapts readily to changes, Brandon is unwavering in his concern with the long-term best interests of those who own and use built environments, as well as the communities they serve.
