As Vice President of Architecture for the Great Lakes Region, Brett helps lead the Architecture + Engineering team across the Chicago and Great Lakes markets. In addition to seeking opportunities for marketplace growth, he is responsible for developing sustainable strategies and designing with a future-focused mindset to create a positive impact and ensure profitability. With more than two decades of experience working within the architecture field, Brett has a strong architectural background and solid professional expertise designing for sectors including, multifamily, senior living, mixed use and hospitality. He is skilled in all aspects of design, including sustainable design, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction drawing. Brett brings a collaborative attitude to the drawing board of every project, along with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals. His solution-focused approach to each project fosters a healthy work environment that empowers team members and clients to ask questions, trusting in Brett’s ability to lead with confidence and identify creative solutions
