David brings 18 years of experience and a track record of success in leading multi-million dollar real estate projects nationwide to his role as Vice President of Real Estate Development for Ryan’s Midwest Region. He has closed more than $600M in transactions for development projects in 15 states, and his background includes extensive work with leases, ground leases, build-to-suits, purchase agreements, operating agreements and JV agreements. With a focus on delivering outstanding real estate investment strategies and solutions within the retail, healthcare and senior living sectors, David supports our current customers throughout the Quad Cities, while working to build new partnerships across our sectors and service lines.
