With a diverse background in real estate development, construction management, and architectural design, Eddy has a keen eye for detail while focusing on the big picture that inspires success and builds stories of impact.
In his role, Eddy’s responsibilities include leading real estate transaction teams—both internally and externally—while driving the pursuit of nationwide and local development opportunities. His strengths lie in his exceptional ability to collaborate across functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution. He excels at assessing new development opportunities and managing the entitlement and program development processes, always looking for ways to optimize outcomes.
