Joel brings over a decade of experience to his role as Development Director, characterized by an in-depth understanding of the West Coast markets. Throughout his career, he has played an integral role in the development of over two dozen senior living, active adult, multifamily and mixed-use communities. Joel’s responsibilities at Ryan Companies include land acquisitions, overseeing entitlements, managing the due diligence process, financial modeling and coordinating the design and construction efforts of senior living and active adult projects.
