As Vice President of Design, Josh provides leadership, guidance and strategy as he oversees all technical aspects of design to ensure thorough architectural integrity and brand alignment. He has served in numerous leadership capacities within the industry, gaining a well-rounded understanding of every facet of the design process. This background gives him the vision to anticipate challenges before they arise and develop unique and creative design solutions that accomplish client objectives.

In his role, Josh employs his knowledge of multiple design programs and communication technologies to oversee the design approach, process and quality across our regions and sectors, managing design culture and leading design teams on key projects nationally. He offers a critical eye for detail and a well-rounded understanding of design nuances.
