Kaitlin serves as the Director of Sustainability for Ryan’s Architecture and Engineering (A+E) team, leading company-wide initiatives in collaboration with Ryan’s Chief Sustainability Officer to enhance environmental stewardship and deliver lasting value across Ryan’s national design portfolio. Her expertise in LEED, Fitwel, and WELL rating systems enhances each project by driving sustainable innovation, optimizing energy efficiency, and promoting healthier environments. Her expertise and achievements have earned her recognition as Constructech Magazine’s 2019 Top Woman in Construction and an Environment for Aging 2023 Design Champion.

With more than a decade of experience, she specializes in high-quality sustainable design across various sectors, including corporate office, mixed-use residential, industrial, and senior living communities. Kaitlin has navigated the complexities of sustainable building certifications on a multitude of projects across the country and she helps the teams evaluate the impact of design decisions on regulatory compliance, operational cost savings, and occupant well-being.

She excels at identifying the unique opportunities each building type and location presents, implementing sustainable solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
