Lisa brings over 20 years of property management expertise to her role as Senior Director of Real Estate Management. She is responsible for a national portfolio, with a scope of responsibilities that include establishing standard operating procedures and key performance indices. Her substantial industry and managerial experience include asset evaluations and repositioning, best leasing practices, acquisitions and dispositions. Lisa has the informed perspective to understand the needs of a wide range of teams—including property managers, maintenance and operations and accounting—and she is versed in the solutions they require to achieve success, including training, processes, procedures and technologies. Always focusing on the bigger, value-added picture, her collaborative style, candid nature and attention to detail strengthen Ryan’s culture of performance.
