As Advisor to the CEO, he provides his valuable perspective and leadership to assist in significant decisions and processes across the company, including guiding respective management team members and leaders in addition to the CEO—including Ryan’s Chief Investment Officer and Chief Legal Counsel—and engaging with existing capital partner relationships. Mike also participates in the pursuit review process, providing valuable insight and reviews to ensure the company’s path forward is paved with wise counsel and intentionality.
