Patrick Daly
As Vice President of Real Estate Development, Retail, Patrick brings substantial industry experience to his leadership role, as he works with customers and stakeholders to define their vision and establish short- and long-term objectives. He is responsible for directing site selection, land planning, financial analysis, entitlement, permitting, government regulations and acquisitions. Simultaneously, Patrick oversees fulfillment of owners’ goals related to design, budget and scheduling. His in-depth understanding of retail markets is rooted in his background working with one of Minnesota’s top tenant representative brokerage companies, representing over 75 national retailers, expertise he combines with hands-on, comprehensive knowledge of property management, leasing and sales negotiations. An adept communicator with strong strategic planning skills, Patrick is a firm advocate for customers, while maintaining his commitment to achieving collaborative processes and extraordinary outcomes for all stakeholders and their communities.
