An industry veteran with more than two decades of construction experience, Rich brings a vast array of leadership skills and strategic proficiencies to his role as Vice President of Project Development. He oversees project planning, preconstruction and design, following through to ensure the construction agreement between Ryan and each client is executed with diligence and efficiency. When the project is in the hands of the construction team, Rich continues to monitor the consistency, quality and workflow processes of the team, prioritizing client relationships and helping lead each project across the finish line. His attention to detail, expertise in development and process-focused approach helps clients feel heard and colleagues to feel supported.
Rich is a lifelong learner who is adept at adapting to industry shifts and trends, maintaining strong relationships and connections within industry trade associations. Leading with dynamism and reliability, he prioritizes efficiency and brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to ensure superior results for clients and a healthy work environment for team members.
