His 30 years of experience provide him a clear understanding of the financial and business side of commercial real estate, including what key measures are required and how a variety of decisions impact the bottom line. With expertise in finances, development and asset management, Scott is a creative thinker who can find solutions to bridge gaps that often go unnoticed. As Vice President of Development, he divides his time between national build-to-suit projects and development in the Midwest Region, strategically pursuing national and local development opportunities, leading execution teams on projects, and developing effective marketing and sales strategies. Scott also fosters client relationships, provides oversight to design and construction teams, underwrites opportunities, collaborates with capital markets and partners with other Ryan leaders. Analytical, loyal and caring, Scott contributes extensive market knowledge, strong and established relationships, and a track record of exceeding expectations.
