Shawn Moore
Specializing in investment real estate and capital markets, as Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions, Shawn provides asset management oversight for Ryan’s investment funds and value-add investment strategy. With a strong background in commercial asset investment strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, lender negotiations, financing, leasing and market analysis, he is actively engaged in the pursuit and underwriting of value-added acquisitions. He leads repositioning efforts of Ryan’s value-add properties, working directly with leasing agents, property managers, architects and contractors in an effort to maintain and enhance the properties’ value.
Shawn’s experience includes managing the repositioning, leasing, and management of over 12 million square feet of investment property, managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans totaling roughly $250 million dollars, and the sale of over six million square feet of investment property. Shawn maintains close relationships with the key leasing and investment brokers throughout his markets ensuring insight into market conditions and access to deals.
