As Director of Development, Tyler brings a background in strong, knowledgeable project leadership spanning virtually every type of building, from high-rise and retail to government facilities. He pursues new business and supports the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects, while developing strong relationships with brokerage networks, consultants, governmental agencies and real estate users. Tyler prepares responses to RFPs and RFQs, drafts pro formas, pursuit cost forecasts and internal deal approval packages, as well as manages site and project design efforts and assists vice presidents with assessing potential sites. His hands-on project management and estimating experience give him a deep understanding of costs, materials and subcontractor resources across regions, fine-tuning the response of internal and external teams to market opportunities. Tyler has a long record of success with challenging projects—a tribute to his ability to advocate the vision of owners, while cultivating a positive work atmosphere and cost-effective, down-to-earth budget and scheduling protocols.
