Development and construction collaborated seamlessly, with Ryan A+E’s early concepts and VDC’s meticulous drawing reviews ensuring a smooth execution. Capital Markets’ early engagement secured equity from PGIM and debt from Wells Fargo, overcoming market uncertainties through strong relationships. The integrated approach resulted in property ownership with PGIM and plans for sale at stabilization. Negotiating joint venture terms and successful debt closure emphasized the collective expertise across service lines.
