Ryan Companies US, Inc. together with Principal Asset Management®, announces today it has secured major leasing commitments at Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark, a Class-A industrial business park totaling 437,547 square feet across three buildings in Chandler, Arizona.
Building A, encompassing 94,072 square feet, has been leased in its entirety to OEG, a premier electrical and technology contracting firm. In Building B, Artivo Surfaces, a leader in the flooring and tile industry, has committed to approximately 43,000 square feet, further cementing the park’s appeal to diverse, high-growth industrial and trade users.
“We are thrilled to welcome respected industry leaders like OEG and Artivo Surfaces to Queens Crossing at Chandler Airpark,” said Josh Tracy, senior vice president of real estate development, Ryan Companies. “Securing these significant commitments speaks to the quality of the development, its prime location within Chandler’s thriving employment corridor, and the appetite for Class-A industrial space in the Southeast Valley.”
To accommodate the demand for ready-to-occupy, high-finish space, Ryan is constructing two speculative suites measuring 4,100 square feet and 3,200 square feet in Building B. Approximately 130,000 square feet of contiguous space remains available for lease in Building B. In addition, the freestanding 169,795-square-foot Building C remains available for single or multi-tenant occupancy.
“Our new home at Queens Crossing is a significant milestone for OEG,” said Ryan Quinn, vice president, OEG. “By consolidating our operations into a centrally located 94,000-square-foot facility, we are creating the capacity needed to support our continued growth in Arizona’s booming high-tech and data center sectors. The expanded prefabrication and skidding space will allow us to deliver projects more efficiently, enhance safety and quality, and better serve our customers throughout the Phoenix metro area.”
“Queens Crossing strengthens Artivo Surfaces’ presence in the Southwest and gives us the capacity to support our continued growth,” said Sunil Palakodati, CEO of Artivo Surfaces. “This location will allow us to serve our customers more efficiently as we expand in the region.”
Ownership was represented by Steve Larsen, Jason Moore, Pat Harlan, and Katie White of JLL in the marketing and leasing of Queens Crossing. Matt Hobaica of Lee & Associates represented OEG, and Scott Maxwell of Cresa represented Artivo Surfaces in their respective lease transactions.
