Nathan Golik Joins Ryan as South Central Region President

We're thrilled to announce the addition of Nathan Golik as president of our South Central region. Nathan will oversee real estate development and construction efforts across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. Anchored by our offices in Austin and Dallas, Texas, our South Central region is a key market for Ryan, where more than 2 million square feet of projects are under construction.

Nathan most recently worked at NexCore Group as executive vice president. He brings more than 25 years of experience to Ryan, leading over $2 billion in healthcare, office and data center developments nationwide. He has built a strong reputation for his leadership in commercial development, with deep expertise spanning transaction structuring, client development, financial underwriting, entitlement procurement and project management. In his previous role, he led the successful pursuit of up to five medical office building developments for a major health system in South Carolina. He also secured preferred developer status with a nationally recognized cancer care operator, resulting in the development of three cancer centers totaling more than $75 million in capitalization.

Nathan is a graduate of Baylor University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is an active member of The Salesmanship Club of Dallas and served as the chairman of the board of trustees at The Covenant School in Dallas. He is also a long-time member and former chairman of The Associate Leadership Council for The Real Estate Council in Dallas.

Since 2012, we've been an established leader in the South Central region, delivering transformative projects and earning a reputation for its work across multiple sectors including industrial, office, multifamily, senior living and retail. We have completed several noteworthy projects in recent years including ATX Tower, Grand Living at the Grove and Rivette Tower, all located in Austin. Other prominent projects completed in the region include Ryan Tower in Plano, Texas, The Village at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and the Dallas County Oak Cliff Government Center in Dallas.
