Ryan’s Midwest region welcomes new team member, promotes two

It’s a new year and we have a new face and new promotions to share from our Midwest region.  Our Kansas City office recently welcomed Andy Crimmins as vice president of real estate development and celebrated Brandon Brensing’s promotion to vice president of real estate development. And our Des Moines office recently promoted Andy Moffitt to vice president of real estate development. They'll be instrumental in continuing to grow our Midwest region and we’re thrilled to have them at Ryan. Congratulations!

Andy Crimmins will focus on industrial, retail and office development throughout Kansas City and the Midwest. He brings 25 years of experience in commercial real estate to his role and is actively involved with several organizations including Urban Land Institute. He is also chair of ULI Kansas City REDi. Previously, Andy was founder and managing partner of Crossroads Real Estate Group.

Brandon Brensing will continue leading development efforts at The Glade, a unique 325-acre planned community, as well as office, industrial, senior living and multifamily developments throughout Kansas City and the Midwest region. Brandon joined Ryan in 2020.

Andy Moffitt will continue focusing on industrial and office projects in the Midwest. He has also been involved with the development and construction of several Amazon projects. Currently, Andy is a member of the Ankeny Economic Development Council and a member of a new committee with the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Andy joined Ryan in 2004.
