Clarendale Clayton Tops Off, Bringing Luxury Senior Living into Final Stretch of Construction

Ryan Companies announced today the topping off of Clarendale Clayton, a luxury senior living community in partnership with LCS and Harrison Street. Construction began on the project in late April 2019 and is anticipated for completion in summer 2021.

The 13-floor, 281-unit senior living community is comprised of 195 independent living, 66 assisted living and 20 memory care units. The community will have an arts studio, bistro, multiple dining venues, bar, 12th floor signature room and terrace, penthouse units, theater, ample parking, and wellness center including salon, fitness, physical therapy and doctor consultation.

Also included on the property is space for retail with a patio on the corner of Hanley and Clayton Roads. The community will enhance the pedestrian experience with added green space, benches, drinking fountains, bicycle racks and custom art.

Ryan Companies has provided development, design and construction efforts on the project, and has partnered with ACI Boland Architects, RDG Senior Living Interiors, Oculus Inc. and Direct Supply Aptura to complete the design and construction of the project before it is handed over to LCS for operation and management of the community.
