Linaea brings substantial expertise in architectural design leadership to the role of Regional Director of Architecture for the Southeast Region. She is responsible for integrating design into our delivery process, negotiating and managing contracts and financing, establishing the design vision with integrated goals and managing communications with owners. Linaea’s commercial design background—which includes a significant focus on the healthcare sector encompasses master planning, programming and conceptual design through construction administration. She is uniquely equipped to understand strategic challenges from the standpoint of multiple stakeholders, having interacted with varied systems as a customer, business administrator, and provider. A natural problem solver and communicator, her goal is to lead teams through the process of translating customer objectives into eloquent solutions. For Linaea it is a great responsibility to make a positive impact on communities through thoughtful, sustainable design, while providing our customers with the long-term benefits and value they deserve.
