Ryan Companies announced they have named Julie Ferguson their new Senior Vice President – Senior Living Sector Leader. In her new role at Ryan, Ferguson will work with national and regional development, architecture, construction, asset management and capital market teams to lead, plan and execute the strategic vision for the senior living sector.
Ferguson joins Ryan Companies with over twenty years of real estate development, acquisition and brokerage experience in senior housing, most recently serving as Director at Titan Development. In her role at Titan she was an integral member of the team that formed and launched the Titan Development Real Estate Fund, raising $112M in private equity investment for senior living, self-storage, multi-family and industrial projects. Ferguson was also responsible for deploying over $49.4M of capital from the Fund in senior housing projects as well as an additional $275.6 in other projects, creating and implementing the Investment Committee’s review process for all asset types and developing their overall senior housing strategy. Throughout her entire career, Julie has developed and acquired over $655 million of senior living communities.

Ferguson earned her bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and finance and her MBA at the University of Arizona. She is a member of Urban Land Institute-National Seniors Housing Council.
