Ryan Companies Partners with Tech Company SiteKick for Senior Living Construction Site Monitoring and Reporting

SiteKick, a construction productivity software company, and Ryan Companies US, Inc., have entered into a programmatic relationship to serve Ryan’s senior living projects across the country. The two companies collaborated for more than two and a half years to enhance the application. 

“SiteKick felt like an extension of our team. They listened to our needs and integrated our suggestions into the software,” said Matt Sayre, Ryan Companies vice president of construction. “By rolling this out to our teams across the country, we’re offering a customer centric solution that streamlines processes while reducing our overall spend.”  

By standardizing site monitoring and reporting onto one platform, construction team members of all levels can work more efficiently and be tied into the project in real time. It also eliminates the need for multiple vendors and contracts that often results in added costs. Users can utilize the application to view project sites even when they are not physically there, as well as monitor environmental factors that can impact schedules and safety.   

“Our initial goal was to help project superintendents get more time to do what they love: building. The application was built with that in mind,” said Jordan Hagel, SiteKick vice president. “We have since found that we can help the field, office, executive leadership and owners. The improvements and feedback from superintendents, project executives and managers and other field staff is a major reason why we have made these strides and is a testament to our partnership.” 

The partnership allows stakeholders to have more project visibility, especially now with more customers and team members working remotely. Among some of the software enhancements that resulted from Ryan team member feedback include dashboard view options, best practices for remote air quality sensors and Procore integration.
