Ryan Companies Announces the Promotion of Bret Jordan to Regional President for Company’s Northwest Region

Today Ryan Companies announced the promotion of Bret Jordan to Regional President for their Northwest region. Jordan joined the company in 2017 and quickly became a key leader in promoting organizational growth and project success.  

Jordan started at Ryan Companies in February 2017 as Senior Vice President/Market Leader in the Northwest region. Since joining, he has successfully developed a talented team that has been taking on several noteworthy projects in the region, including one of the more complex mixed-use projects Ryan has developed, Kirkland Urban, a 12-acre, 1.2 million square foot mixed-use development in Kirkland, Kaiser Permanente, a 506,276 square foot multi-use facility in Renton and the in-progress senior living community Wesley Tehaleh.

With 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jordan uses his extensive background in brokerage, development, investment and various sectors to provide leadership and direction to the company’s Northwest region. In his new role, he will support the development, design, construction, real estate management and capital markets teams by providing strategic vision in the selection of projects that best align with Ryan’s expertise and goals, as well as develop and maintain key business partner relationships.

Prior to joining Ryan Companies, Jordan served as Managing Director, Market Leader at Colliers International, and as the former Mayor and Planning Commission Chair for the City of Medina. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and is a former board member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Jordan received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
