Construction of a Class A, multi-tenant medical office building is slated to break ground early December at Highland Bridge. Ryan Companies US, Inc. is developing, designing and building Highland Bridge Medical Office, which will be located on the corner of Ford Parkway and Mount Curve Boulevard. The two-story, 60,000-square-foot building is 73% pre-leased with M Health Fairview as the anchor tenant. The remaining 16,200 square feet is available for lease for medical tenants.

M Health Fairview, who is represented by Paul Donavan, Tom Stella and Jill LaMere of Cushman & Wakefield, will occupy 26,000 square feet, primarily the second floor with a pharmacy located on the first floor of the building. M Health Fairview’s clinic will provide primary care services including family, women’s and general pediatric care. Additionally, the community will have access to urgent care with extended and weekend hours. M Health Fairview Rehabilitation Services, which offers physical therapy and sports medicine, will also be part of the new space. The existing M Health Fairview located at 2155 Ford Parkway will remain open until the grand opening of the new location to ensure patients have uninterrupted services.

Highland Bridge Medical Office will have walkable access to all other features of Highland Bridge including parks, retail shops and other nearby amenities. It will also be built accordingly with the City of Saint Paul’s sustainable building standards and is anticipated to earn a LEED Silver certification.
Highland Bridge Medical Office is expected to be completed spring of 2023. The remaining leasable space is available to tenants that offer clinical and specialty health care services or general healthcare office functions.
Highland Bridge is a 122-acre mixed-use master development located along the Mississippi River in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minn.
