People on the Move: Celebrating 15 Recent Promotions to VP and Above

We are proud to support and promote the career growth of our employees in all our regions and roles. Earlier this year, two team members were promoted to executive vice president roles, eight team members were promoted to senior vice president roles and five were promoted to vice president roles. Isaac Accola, Vice President of Capital Markets 

Issac has been promoted to vice president of capital markets. He is at the forefront of capital sourcing for build-to-suit and net lease transactions and oversees equity joint ventures for our North region. He has been involved in over $1 billion in capital transactions and has developed meaningful relationships that align with Ryan’s strategic objectives. Isaac is an active member of NAIOP, operating as a trusted advisor and solidifying industry connections. 

Dan Baxter, Vice President of Project Development 

Dan Baxter, LEED AP has been promoted to vice president of project development. Dan leads our Cedar Rapids office with a strong focus on community engagement and networking, fostering relationships that create opportunities across Eastern Iowa and throughout the Midwest. With 25 years of experience in real estate and construction, Dan is dedicated to driving successful projects and committed to collaboration ensuring exceptional client experiences and lasting impact.  

John Bentley, Vice President of Field Operations 

John Bentley has been promoted to vice president of field operations. In his role, he oversees regional division field coordinators and ensures teams are prepared to excel on every project. He is involved in a variety of steps throughout a project, including the hiring process, risk identification during project planning and efforts to achieve the highest safety and quality standards. 

Brandon Brensing, Senior Vice President of Multifamily Development  

Brandon Brensing has been promoted to senior vice president of multifamily development. In his role, he will lead multifamily development efforts in our South Central division, with a focus on strategic growth in our Austin and Dallas markets. He shapes our multifamily go-to-market strategy, building and guides high-performing teams, while also serving as the executive point of contact for customers and equity partners. 

Liz Chester, Executive Vice President of Speculative Industrial Development  

Liz Chester has been promoted to executive vice president of speculative industrial development. In her role she manages programmatic capital partnerships and ensures that Ryan's projects are built to Class A standards, from initial site selection to design, permitting, construction, lease-up and sale. Liz brings a wealth of knowledge in financial analytics, market research, development management and operations to her position. 

Nick Kaminski, Vice President of Healthcare Construction 

Nick Kaminski, LEED AP has been promoted to vice president of healthcare construction. In his role, he oversees construction operations of complex healthcare projects across Ryan’s portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience at Ryan, Nick plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of healthcare projects through integrated project delivery. He also focuses on hiring, mentoring and developing talent within the healthcare construction sector.  

Jaime Northam, Senior Vice President of Healthcare Development  

Jaime Northam has been promoted to senior vice president of healthcare development. She will oversee development, market growth and strategy for Ryan healthcare in the Western Division. She collaborates with health systems, physician groups, owners and operators to develop new and repurposed healthcare facilities. She has been a member of the board for several organizations in the industry and is currently on the Healthcare Leadership Council for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. 

Bill O’Connell, Vice President of Field Operations, Mission Critical  

Bill O’Connell has been promoted to vice president of field operations for the Southern Division, encompassing our Southwest, South Central and Southeast regions. He has spent over 40 years in the field at Ryan, allowing him to have extensive knowledge on safety, achieving client goals and field operations. In his role, Bill provides mentorship, guidance and support to field managers and team members.  

Greg Salter, Senior Vice President of Capital Markets  

Greg Salter has been promoted to senior vice president of capital markets, with a focus on the Great Lakes, Midwest, South Central and Southeast regions. In his role, he will lead efforts to raise equity, debt placement and dispositions. Greg has experience overseeing a 25 million square-foot commercial real estate investment platform and working on large deals across all asset classes. 

Steve Stecker, CHC, Senior Vice President of Project Development, Healthcare    

Steve Stecker, CHC, has been named senior vice president of project development. With over 35 years of specialized experience in healthcare development, design and construction, Stecker steps into this leadership role with a wealth of practical expertise and strategic perspective. Known for his authentic leadership style and commitment to client-centric solutions, he continues to guide teams in delivering innovative, high-performance healthcare facilities nationwide. His dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence remains central to his mission. 

Andrew Twito, Senior Vice President of Capital Markets  

Andrew Twito has been promoted to senior vice president of capital markets for healthcare. He is the lead contact for capital relationships and has developed meaningful connections with healthcare investors, REITs, private equity and brokers since joining Ryan in 2014. His leadership has guided our company’s healthcare fund to raise over $46M in equity, allowing acquisition of over $125M in healthcare assets. 

Robert Wehner, Executive Vice President of Construction, Mission Critical   

Robert Wehner, LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to vice president of construction for the mission critical sector. He is responsible for strategic and operational planning, cost estimation, and leading design and construction teams, all contributing to the growth of our mission critical portfolio. Robert has been at Ryan for over two decades. 

Bob West, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage 

Bob West has been promoted to senior vice president of food and beverage. With over 30 years in the industry, his project knowledge ranges from land acquisition to conceptual design and estimating to design-build and commissioning. In this role, he will focus on food and beverage manufacturing and processing, e-commerce and pharmaceutical distribution facilities. 

David Wilson, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development  

David Wilson, CCIM has been promoted to senior vice president of real estate development. He has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and has led over $1 billion in development transactions across 16 states. He has worked in the industrial, healthcare, retail and senior living sectors, with deep knowledge of complex deal structures—including leases, ground leases, build-to-suits, purchase agreements, operating agreements and joint ventures. 

Jared Ziemke, Senior Vice President of Key Account Relations  

Jared Ziemke has been promoted to senior vice president of key account relations for the industrial team. He leads our relationship with Amazon—a partnership he has been involved in since our very first project for the company. Jared collaborates effectively with every role and individual involved in a project, ensuring there is clarity and efficiency every step of the way.
